To ensure all guests feel comfortable and a harmonious atmosphere is maintained, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.

Please refrain from noise, loud music and disruptive sounds during quiet hours. Consideration for neighbours and fellow guests is expected at all times.

A cleaning surcharge of €150 will be charged in addition to the final cleaning fee in case of violation. Smoking inside may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
Pets of any kind

Unfortunately, bringing pets is not permitted. This applies to all types of animals. An additional cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.
